Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Be willing to join the study and sign informed consent
- Have an elective (planned) TEE scheduled
- Not have uncontrolled acid reflux that isn’t well managed
- Not have a blockage or abnormal shape in the airway that would prevent safe device placement
