  • You are scheduled for a first-time knee replacement due to osteoarthritis
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You do not have diabetes or a BMI over 40
  • You have not been using strong painkillers (opioids) or nerve pain medicines (gabapentin/pregabalin) for a long time
  • You live within an hour of the hospital and have a smartphone
  • You can understand and follow instructions in English
