Who can take part

  • You have a spinal deformity that started in adulthood.
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You have a specific type of spinal curve (Lenke-Silva types II–V).
  • Non-surgical treatments (like therapy or medicine) have not helped enough.
  • You do not have severe bone thinning (osteoporosis with T-score below –2.5).
  • You have not had spine surgery before, and you do not have serious health problems that make surgery risky (ASA score III or higher).
