This study is testing a new way to classify spine alignment in adults with spinal deformity. It aims to help surgeons plan operations better and improve outcomes for people whose spine is out of balance.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have full spine X-rays, a CT scan, and an MRI of your lower back.
- Your spine is out of balance (for example, your head is shifted forward more than 2 inches, your pelvis is tilted back, or the curve in your lower back is too flat).
- You have not had any previous spine surgery.
- You do not have other health problems that affect walking, like Parkinson's disease, severe arthritis, spine infection, brittle bones, or cancer.
- Your spine deformity was not caused by an injury, and you do not have scoliosis that started in your teenage years or in your lower back.
