Who can take part
- You are 16 years old or older.
- You have a high-risk myeloid cancer, such as high-risk MDS, high relapse risk AML, CMML, or MDS/CMML that turned into AML.
- If you have high relapse risk AML, your leukemia either came back after treatment or did not respond to at least two rounds of standard chemotherapy, or you have leftover leukemia cells before a stem cell transplant.
- You have not had a relapse within 3 months of a transplant or during maintenance therapy.
- You do not have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or serious heart problems.
- You are not pregnant and can use effective birth control during treatment.
