Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old with a B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to previous treatment.
- You need to have tried at least two prior treatments (including rituximab or another CD20 antibody) unless your lymphoma came back very quickly.
- You must have active tumor that can be measured (at least 1.5 cm in lymph nodes or 1 cm elsewhere, or bone marrow involvement).
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be working well (heart pump ≥45%, oxygen ≥92%, kidney function ≥50 ml/min).
- You cannot have active lymphoma in the brain or spinal fluid, active hepatitis B or C, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
