Who can take part

  • You have a painful bone lesion caused by multiple myeloma that can be treated with radiation.
  • Your pain level is at least 2 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have been off other myeloma treatments for at least 4 weeks, or on the same maintenance drug for at least 4 weeks.
  • You are able to lie still for the radiation treatment (no severe pain or physical limits).
