Yoga for attention in kids with heart disease

This study tests if a parent-child yoga program can help improve attention in children aged 4 to 6 with congenital heart disease who have attention difficulties. You and your child would attend yoga sessions together for 8 weeks.

  • Your child has congenital heart disease that required heart surgery
  • Your child is 4 to 6 years old
  • Your child has attention difficulties measured by a computer test
  • You are willing to participate in the 8-week yoga program and assessments
  • If your child takes ADHD medicine, you are willing to stop it 48 hours before each test
