Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have chronic heart failure with a weakened heart pump (ejection fraction 50% or less).
- Your heart condition has been stable for at least the past month (no hospital stays for heart failure). You can walk and do light activities. Your doctor says your medicines are right for you.
- You are willing to try yoga (in person or online) and have not practiced yoga more than once a month in the last 6 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have no severe kidney disease (on dialysis or very low kidney function).
