  • You have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, or spondylolisthesis.
  • You have had or will have spine fusion surgery on up to 3 levels in the neck or lower back using NMP fibers.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can attend follow-up visits after surgery.
  • You are not currently in prison.
  • You do not have a major mental illness like psychosis or schizophrenia.
