Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have leg pain, back pain, or both that needs surgery to join up to 4 bones in your lower spine (from T11 to S1).
- You have tried at least 3 months of non-surgical treatments (like physical therapy, medications, or injections) without enough relief.
- You have not had prior spinal fusion surgery or decompression at the same levels to be treated now.
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant within 12 months, or have conditions that affect bone healing (like certain bone diseases, infections, or active cancer).
