Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive, HER2-mutated, or HER2-amplified breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Cancer has spread to the lining of your brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
  • You are 18 years or older and able to do most daily activities on your own.
  • Any side effects from past cancer treatments have mostly resolved (except for hair loss or mild nerve issues).
  • You have not had whole-brain radiation therapy for brain metastases before.
  • You have not taken tucatinib before.
