- You have been diagnosed with heart failure.
- You are 55 years old or older.
- You are not already practicing yoga regularly.

- You do not have a metal implant, a defibrillator, a heart pump (LVAD), or a heart transplant.
- You are able to do yoga without severe physical limits.
