Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a type of cancer (solid tumor or lymphoma) that has advanced, cannot be removed by surgery, or has come back after treatment, and no other standard treatments are available
- You must have at least one tumor that can be injected with the study drug and measured
- If you have had hepatitis B or C, you need adequate liver function
- If you have HIV, you must be on stable antiretroviral therapy for at least 4 weeks, have low viral load, and have a certain level of CD4+ immune cells
- You must be willing to avoid pregnancy or breastfeeding during the study
