Who can take part

  • You must have a rare liver cancer called fibrolamellar carcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse during or after prior immunotherapy treatment
  • You must be at least 12 years old, or 40 kg if under 18
  • You need to be generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2)
  • You must agree to give blood and tissue samples for research
