Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that is CD19-positive (a specific marker on the cancer cells).
  • Your leukemia either did not respond to treatment, came back within a year, or came back after a stem cell transplant.
  • If you had a stem cell transplant, it was at least 6 weeks ago for your own cells or 3 months ago for a donor's cells.
  • You have no active infections like HIV or hepatitis B/C, and your liver and kidney function are within acceptable limits.
  • You have not had anti-CD19 therapy (like CAR-T) or certain immune drugs (like rituximab) within the last 4 weeks.
