Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus and have active kidney disease (lupus nephritis) that has not improved with standard treatments.
- Your kidney biopsy shows certain types of lupus nephritis (class III or IV, possibly with class V).
- You have high protein in your urine (UPCR > 1000 mg/g).
- You are not pregnant, plan to avoid pregnancy for at least a year after treatment, and are willing to use effective birth control.
