This trial tests an experimental cell therapy called NKX019 for people with active lupus nephritis (a type of kidney inflammation from lupus) or primary membranous nephropathy (another kidney condition) that hasn't gotten better after standard treatments. It may help if you have tried at least two treatments for lupus kidney disease or one for membranous nephropathy and still have active kidney disease.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have active lupus nephritis (Class III or IV) or primary membranous nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the last 6 months.
- For lupus nephritis: you have had at least two prior treatments for kidney lupus and still have active disease (high protein in urine).
- For membranous nephropathy: you have had at least one prior treatment and still have active disease (very high protein in urine).
- Your kidney function is not too low (eGFR above 45 ml/min) and you do not need dialysis.
- You have not had a previous organ or stem cell transplant, and have no active infections or major heart/lung/liver problems.
