Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old
  • You have a type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with the Philadelphia chromosome or BCR-ABL1 gene change
  • You have not had chemotherapy or targeted pills (like imatinib or ponatinib) for this leukemia before (except for a few days of steroids or initial treatment)
  • Your overall health allows you to do daily activities without significant help (ECOG 0-2)
  • Your heart, kidney, and liver function are within safe limits (no active heart disease, prior stroke, or pancreatic problems)
  • You are willing to use two effective forms of birth control during and for 3 months after treatment (if applicable)
  • You agree to join the German ALL study group registry
