Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Philadelphia chromosome-negative B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that is not relapsed or refractory.
- You are planning to have a stem cell transplant and have a suitable donor (matched sibling, unrelated donor, or haploidentical relative).
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well enough as shown by specific tests.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control during and for 12 months after treatment.
- You do not have uncontrolled infections, major heart problems, or active central nervous system (CNS) leukemia.
