Who can take part

  • You have advanced or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (like Exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have already taken osimertinib (Tagrisso) and your cancer got worse while on it.
  • You are able to have a tumor biopsy (or have a recent sample) after your cancer progressed on osimertinib.
  • You have stable brain metastases (if any) and are not on steroids for them.
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG 0 or 1), and your heart, kidney, and liver function are within safe limits.
