This Phase 2 trial tests combinations of targeted medicines to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has changes in both EGFR and MET genes. It is for people whose cancer continued to grow even after treatment with osimertinib, the most recent therapy.

Who can take part
- You have advanced NSCLC with a specific “sensitizing” EGFR mutation and confirmed MET amplification
- Your cancer has progressed after osimertinib (with or without other medicines), and you must be able to provide new tissue or blood testing after that progression
- You must have scan evidence of cancer that can be measured by CT/MRI, or non-measurable disease that’s still documented on scans
- You need a brain scan (CT with contrast or MRI) and, if you have brain symptoms from metastases, they must be stable for at least 5 days on the same or lower steroid dose
- Your general health and lab tests must be within study limits (blood counts, liver and kidney labs, heart rhythm, and urine protein level)
- You must be able to swallow tablets whole and agree to blood sample tests for ctDNA (and allow sample “banking”)
