  • You are 18 or older
  • You have pancreatic or periampullary cancer and are scheduled for surgery to remove it
  • Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body
  • You do not have serious health problems that would prevent you from doing exercise or following a nutrition plan
  • You are not pregnant
  • You can read and understand Italian
