Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
- You have advanced lung cancer or a solid tumor that has spread to the bone, and you have already tried chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other standard treatments.
- Your overall health is good enough that you are up and doing daily activities most of the time (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan, or you have bone-only spread (no measurable tumor needed).
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are in adequate range, and you are willing to use birth control for at least 4 months after treatment.
