  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are scheduled for DIEP flap breast reconstruction.
  • You do not have atrial fibrillation or heart failure (NYHA class 2 or higher).
  • You do not have advanced chronic kidney disease (stage 3B or worse).
  • You are not classified as ASA III or higher (serious health risk for surgery).
