Testing Fabagal in people with Fabry disease

Who can take part

  • You are at least 8 years old
  • You have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of Fabry disease
  • You have not had any prior enzyme replacement or chaperone therapy for Fabry disease
  • You have at least one sign of organ damage, such as reduced kidney function, protein in urine, abnormal heart function, or a history of stroke
  • You are not on dialysis or have had a kidney transplant
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if needed
