Who can take part
- You must be a man 18 or older with high-risk prostate cancer (Gleason score 8 or higher) that has not spread outside the prostate.
- You cannot have had any prior treatment for prostate cancer, such as surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy.
- You must be healthy enough for surgery (radical prostatectomy) and have good kidney, liver, and blood cell counts.
- You cannot have a history of autoimmune disease, serious heart problems, or recent major surgery or implants.
- You must agree to use condoms during sexual activity while on the study drug and for 3 months after the last dose.
