Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain (confirmed by MRI).
  • You have fewer than 15 brain tumors.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts meet certain safety levels.
  • You haven't had any other cancer treatment in the last 2 weeks, and side effects are mild.
