Who can take part
- You had a blood clot in your lungs (pulmonary embolism) at least 3 months ago and it was treated properly.
- You still have symptoms like shortness of breath or tiredness that affect your daily life (NYHA class 2 or higher).
- You have at least 3 blocked segments in your lungs that show on a scan.
- You completed at least 8 weeks of a pulmonary rehab program within the last 2 months.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and are generally healthy (frailty score below 5).
