Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 or older)
- You have had a symptomatic lung blood clot (PE) and took blood thinners for at least 3 months but no more than 8 months
- Your breathing and daily-life impact scores on a quality-of-life questionnaire meet the study minimums
- Your breathing limits started after the lung clot, not mainly from other causes like certain long-COVID breathing problems
- You do not have chronic clots in the lung (CTEPH) or a clot type limited to very small/branch areas
