- You are a woman between 18 and 39 years old
- You have experienced either no periods or very irregular periods for at least 4 months (or normal cycles if in the control group)
- You have blood test results showing a specific hormone level (FSH greater than 25 IU/L) OR normal hormone levels if in the control group
- You do not have a known genetic condition, chromosomal abnormality, or previous cancer treatment that affected your ovaries
- You are willing to provide a DNA sample and sign a consent form
