This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, lazertinib and tepotinib, for people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors show MET overactivity (high MET levels or MET gene copies) and have grown despite prior treatment with lazertinib. It aims to see if adding tepotinib can overcome that resistance.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least 6 months of treatment with lazertinib alone.
  • Your tumor has high MET levels or extra copies of the MET gene (tested by FISH).
  • You are 19 years or older and have an ECOG performance status of 0, 1, or 2.
  • You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
