Who can take part

  • Your cancer has a specific change called MET exon 14 skipping mutation, found through a biopsy or blood test.
  • You must have had at least one prior cancer treatment (chemo or immunotherapy), but no more than two total prior treatments.
  • You can be active or need some help with daily activities (ECOG status 0, 1, 2, or 3).
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as shown by routine lab tests.
  • You have not been treated before with a drug that targets MET (like crizotinib).
