  • You have AML that did not get better with treatment or has come back.
  • You are 60 years old or younger.
  • You have a stem cell donor who is a full sibling, unrelated match (9-10 out of 10 markers), or a half-matched family member.
  • Your daily activities are not severely limited (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before.
