Who can take part

  • You completed the 24-week treatment in a previous thyroid eye disease study (VGN-TED-301) without enough improvement in eye bulging (less than 2 mm), or your bulging got better but then came back during the follow-up period.
  • You have not had any other treatments for thyroid eye disease since that 24-week mark.
  • Your thyroid levels are stable (or only mildly off – less than 50% above or below normal).
  • You do not need immediate eye surgery, radiation, or other eye procedures at this time and don't plan them during the study.
