Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced non-small-cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer must have a HER2 mutation confirmed by a lab test.
  • You must have tried platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and your cancer either got worse or you couldn't handle the side effects.
  • You must be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must agree to provide a tissue sample from your tumor for testing.
