Who can take part
- You must have advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- Your cancer must have a specific HER2 mutation (confirmed by a central lab).
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old, and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You need to be in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities) and have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You cannot have had certain previous treatments, including those that target HER2 or certain types of antibody-drug conjugates.
- You cannot have certain other health problems, like uncontrolled infections, serious heart or lung disease, or brain metastases that have not been treated.
