Who can take part
- Your lung cancer must be advanced (stage 4) or has come back, and has tested positive for extra copies of the MET gene.
- You must have had at least one prior treatment for your advanced cancer, and your cancer must have gotten worse after that treatment.
- You cannot have other specific gene changes that are already targetable (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, etc.).
- You must not have received any prior treatment with MET-targeting drugs like tepotinib, capmatinib, or crizotinib.
- You must be in generally good health: good blood counts, kidney and liver function, and no serious uncontrolled medical conditions.
