Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 85 years old, or 45-85 if you have Parkinson's, MSA, or dementia.
  • You must be able to undergo PET and MRI scans.
  • You must not have major medical conditions like uncontrolled diabetes or heart disease.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You must agree to avoid strenuous physical activity during the study.
  • You must have a previous abnormal scan for certain conditions (Parkinson's, MSA, or Lewy body dementia).
