Who can take part
- You are Chinese and speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or English.
- You are between 18 and 69 years old.
- You have a waistline of at least 90 cm (men) or 80 cm (women) and a BMI of 23 or higher.
- You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (more than 5% fat in your liver).
- You have not been doing regular, moderate-to-hard exercise more than 3 times a week for over 60 minutes in the past 6 months.
- You do not have heart, lung, kidney disease, cancer, or other major liver diseases (besides fatty liver).
