Who can take part

  • You are overweight (BMI 30+) or have a large waist size (over 37 inches for men, over 31 inches for women)
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease using a special test called FibroScan
  • You are able to exercise safely (no heart, joint, or other serious health problems)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a doctor's note saying it's safe for you to do moderate exercise
