Who can take part
- You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy.
- Your cancer has gotten worse despite previous treatments, such as chemotherapy (or you cannot take it).
- You are still on hormone therapy to keep testosterone levels very low.
- You have not taken any antibiotic pills by mouth in the last 12 weeks.
- You are able to swallow tablets and have tumor tissue available for testing.
- You are willing to provide blood, urine, and stool samples, and possibly a biopsy.
