Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed, and it must have a ROS1 fusion.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You must be expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You cannot have certain stomach or gut problems that could affect how the drug is absorbed.
  • You cannot have a history of severe allergies to any ingredient in the study drug or be currently in another clinical trial.
