Who can take part
- You must have colorectal or breast cancer that has spread and makes a protein called CEA.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have tried standard treatments or they are no longer an option for you.
- You need to have 1 to 5 tumors in the lung, liver, or soft tissue that can be treated with focused radiation (SBRT), each no bigger than 5 cm.
- You must be in generally good health, with normal blood counts, heart, kidney, and liver function.
- You cannot have active brain metastases, an autoimmune disease, or uncontrolled infections.
