Personalized donor cell therapy for advanced solid tumors
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Digestive system, Heart & circulation, Hormones & metabolism, Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary, Lungs & breathing, Skin, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-NK) using donor immune cells that are engineered to find and attack one or two markers on advanced solid tumors. It may be an option for people whose tumors have these specific markers and have exhausted other treatments.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments, or no standard treatments exist.
- Your tumor has at least one specific marker (antigen) that this therapy targets, as shown by a biopsy or blood test.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1 or 0-2) and have at least one measurable tumor lesion.
- Your major organs (kidneys, liver, heart, blood) are working well enough per study tests.
- You haven't had a gene-modified cell therapy (like CAR-T or CAR-NK) within a certain time before the study.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (NKG2D CAR-T cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if these specially engineered cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NKT cells) that targets a protein called CD70 on cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to at least two prior treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called KD-496, which is a CAR T-cell designed to attack tumors that have NKG2DL or CLDN18.2 markers. It may be an option for people with advanced solid tumors (commonly stomach or pancreatic cancer) who have tried at least two prior treatments.
This trial tests whether specially engineered NK cells can find and attack your type of cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two markers on breast cancer cells. It is for people with advanced HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who have tried other treatments and need new options.
This trial tests an experimental immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two to three specific markers on your lung cancer cells. It may be an option if your cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments and if tests show your tumor carries those markers.
