Who can take part
- You have invasive breast cancer (stage I, II, or III) and your tumor has a Ki67 score of 10% or higher.
- You are a woman age 18 or older.
- You are able to have surgery, and your surgery is planned between 5 and 56 days after starting the study drug.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use birth control.
