Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older.
- You have chronic heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction (less than 45%).
- Your heart failure has recently worsened and required hospitalization (in the last 6 months) or IV diuretics (in the last 3 months).
- Your doctor has prescribed Verquvo (vericiguat) for you now, and you haven't taken it before.
- You are not pregnant or allergic to vericiguat.
