Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 29.99, meaning you are not underweight or obese.
- You must have been diagnosed with asthma by a doctor and your symptoms are not fully controlled (Asthma Control Test score of 22 or less).
- You must have a smartphone or device that works with the ZEPHYRx app used in this study.
- You must have been taking the same asthma medications for at least 2 months without changes.
