Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- Your prostate cancer has a specific mutation (change) in the androgen receptor gene (AR LBD mutation).
- Your cancer has spread to at least 2 spots in your bones or has shown up in soft tissue on scans.
- You have already tried at least one new hormone therapy and at least one round of chemotherapy, and your cancer got worse.
- Your daily activities are not severely limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are on ongoing hormone therapy or have had your testicles removed.
