Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have newly diagnosed DLBCL with a TP53 gene mutation
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2)
  • Your heart pumps enough blood (LVEF greater than 45%)
  • If you have a history of hepatitis B, it must be inactive and your virus levels must be undetectable before starting the trial
  • Your liver and kidneys function adequately, and you are expected to live at least 6 more months
